• Step 1 - Hosts create an invite or pre-register guests from desktop or mobile. The invite contains meeting details, date/time and an OTP/QR for a fast arrival experience.
• Step 2 - At arrival the gatekeeper or receptionist verifies the visitor with OTP/QR. Visitor data is captured into VizMan’s secure database, removing paper logs and manual sign-ins.
• Step 3 - Hosts receive instant notifications by SMS, email and in-app alerts when their visitor checks in. Meetings, agendas and reminders are available to both hosts and visitors.
