Whether you're managing visitors, meetings, couriers, events, or utilizing our powerful dashboard, we want to ensure that you have the best tools at your disposal. This latest update introduces several new features and enhancements designed to streamline your workflow and enhance your overall experience.
1.Self Check-In and QR Code Generation
Web Version:
Our new self-check-in and QR code generation feature is now easily accessible from the dashboard. An advanced functionality where the security/reception can scan the QR of a visitor which is shared in the e-Pass from host allowing users to quickly generate QR codes for seamless entry and exit.
2.IP-Based Country Code Fetching
Web and Mobile Versions:
We’ve introduced IP-based country code fetching for mobile number fields. This means the correct country code will be automatically detected and applied, making it easier to enter mobile numbers.
3. Consistent Dashboard Design
Web Version:
The dashboard design has been revamped to ensure consistency with the Mobile app. This uniformity provides a seamless user experience across all platforms.
4.Enhanced Share and Print Functionality
Web and Mobile Versions:
Sharing and printing features have been significantly improved with the modern designs. Now, you can effortlessly share and print visitor passes and other documents with enhanced functionality.
5. Dynamic Events in Calendar
Web and Mobile Versions:
We’ve added dynamic event updates to the calendar based on the selected tab type. This ensures that you always have the most up-to-date information.
6. Global Mobile Number Accessibility
Web and Mobile Versions:
Country code fields have been added to mobile number inputs, making the app accessible for global users. This simplifies the process for international users to enter their mobile numbers correctly. We have specifically enhanced functionality and usability for users in Ghana.
7. OTP on Check-In
Web and Mobile Versions:
For added security, we’ve introduced OTP verification during check-in. This feature can be set up from the admin panel, ensuring user identity verification and enhancing overall security.
8. Fullscreen Notification Feature
Mobile Version:
The fullscreen notification feature has been refined to improve visibility and management of notifications.
9. Notification Count
Web and Mobile Versions:
A notification count has been added beside the notification icon, making it easy for users to see the number of unread notifications.
10.Old User Login Restriction

We have restricted the usage of old user logins, redirecting users to the new app. This ensures all users are on the latest version for the best experience and security.

We’ve added pull to refresh functionality, allowing users to quickly refresh app content by pulling down the screen.

We’ve improved the rescheduling, forwarding, and diverting notifications and flows, providing enhanced flexibility and control.
13. Accessible Refresh Setting Icon

The refresh setting icon in the dashboard is now easily accessible for a smoother user experience.
14. List Sorting

You can now sort lists in ascending or descending order by time, making it easier to organize your data.
15. Visitor Data Analytics

We’ve added enhanced analytics for better visitor data insights. This feature allows you to gain deeper understanding and insights from your visitor data.
